Two cats, one lesson: why Panda Pets and Care 3 earned my trust (and my rupiah)

I took my two cats, Casper (male) and Hoki (female), to Panda Pets and Care 3 to be sterilized.

At first sight, the team advised something I did not expect: before any operation, they wanted vaccinations and grooming done first, to clear out fleas and lower the risk. It made sense. You do not want to cut into a cat carrying fleas and worms.

One staff member stood out. Her name is Stela, and she is the careful one. Every time, she gave a recommendation before taking action. She would explain what should come first and why, then wait for the okay. That kind of pacing is rare and it is welcome. It also meant more services on the list, and a bigger total at the end. I went in for two sterilizations and left having paid for more, because each extra step was reasonable on its own.

Here is roughly how it went, across two weeks:

• First visit: sterilize Casper, the male (around 450k), plus flea treatment and worm medication for Hoki, the female (180k).
• The following week: tricat vaccination for Hoki (200k), then finally her steril (650k).

Long story short, both cats came home well. Casper and Hoki are fine. The service was excellent. While your cat is staying with them, they update you twice a day, so you are never left wondering how things are going.

The place itself is a bit small. That is fine. What matters is the hands and the judgment, and both are good here.

If you bring a cat in for one thing, expect them to suggest the steps that make that one thing safer. Listen to Stela. The advice costs more up front, but the cats end up better for it.
